Shine!

  As I'm sure you are already aware...public speaker, defender of the truth, beloved husband and father, and brother in Christ, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated two weeks ago today. His death is very tragic and my heart breaks for his young family he left behind. Please, please be in prayer for them daily as they grieve this unexpected and devastating loss. Disasters like this make us pause and ask..."Why would God allow this to happen?" We can't comprehend the mind of God, but we do know that He is good and therefore His plans are always, only good. This did not take Him by surprise - He lovingly orchestrated this to fulfill His will and, I know, guided Charlie Kirk in his last moments with His loving, almighty hand. The world is grieving Charlie Kirk's loss right now, but we as Christians can rejoice because we trust that Jesus was His personal Savior and that he is rejoicing in His presence right now, free of sin and the cares of the world, and has reached true, ...

I had my 19th birthday on the 22nd of August! I took this picture at 9:58 that morning...exactly the time I came into the world 19 years ago.😊 My mom tells me I came out crying...I guess I wanted to make sure my big opinion was heard right away.😂 We had a cleaning job that morning from 9am -1pm. It is a weekly church we clean and one of my jobs is cleaning the (big😅)fellowship hall.  After I finish with the fellowship hall, I normally head to the back classrooms and get those done. I was going about my normal routine and walk into the last room to see this.😮 Now I've seen some pretty crazy things in this church so it wasn't entirely out of the realm of possibility that they had started teaching The Tales of Wells Fargo in Sunday School🙈😂, but I quickly figured things out with the note.😉 Sarah had gotten me the gift and left it in the room as a surprise.🥰 You really can't get any better than Wells Fargo for a western and I'm very excited to own the dvd!😁 To back...

  I went for a walk this morning and the weather was cool enough to put long sleeves on for the FIRST time since last winter…I’m celebrating and loving it!🥳😍💨🍂 We had quite a storm last night and it brought in this cooler weather.
