Life Lately - March/April

Jared and I spent an evening at the end of March taking a walk at Spring Lake Park, eating at Whataburger, and bowling!
We played four games with each of us winning two. Of course, this was the game score I took a picture of😉
We have(or had😉 more about that in a coming post) a pregnant cat!🥰 Pumpkin has always been an affectionate cat but she got really clingy towards the end of her pregnancy and would climb into your lap any chance she got.

We got to see several deer in the neighborhood!
I recently decorated the window sill in our room at Pap and Nana's and I love it!😁⚾️🗽🌺🇺🇸
Reading/movie day with Ms. Barbara. We are currently going through Ronald Reagan's autobiography(it's been really good!!) and nowadays we typically watch a dvd concert of Ernie Haase and Signature Sound.😉
We went to see A Great Awakening with some friends recently. I love the theatre experience!

The sky was so pretty when we came out of the theatre.
A few of us traveled to Conway one Saturday evening to attend a hymn sing put on by Hallelujah Harmony Quartet(pictured above).  We've been to a couple of their hymn sings before and it's always an amazing and worshipful experience! The event was actually at the college that Dad and Mom met at, so that was neat to visit there for the first time.😊

      Overall, I liked it! I'm just not a super big fan of theatrical productions like Sight and Sound. It did not touch me in a big way, though several scenes were inspiring.😊

Family Road Trip - Missouri🚗🗺👨‍👩‍👧‍👦😁

We took a week long trip at the start of June! We were invited to perform a concert at a church's 50th anniversary in Wisconsin, and on the way we stopped by St. Louis for a couple days to visit Mom's family. It had been four years since we had taken a family trip so we were all very excited for it!😁 We rented a transit van to carry all of us and our stuff. We brought our sound equipment and it was a tight squeeze to get that and the luggage in, but we made it work😄 Packing up what we could the night before. We headed out bright and early at 7am Wednesday morning! The trip to St. Louis was about 7 hours. A few minutes after we got to Grandpa and Grandma's, the tornado sirens went off.😱 We all hurried down to the basement and thankfully it just missed us.🙏🏻 What a bang to start the trip with!😂 The next day we took a trip to the zoo! Sister Shopping Day!👧🏻👧🏻👧🏼💖🛍🛒

We girls took the day Monday and went shopping! Hobby Lobby was our first stop, of course😆, and also ran into JCPennys, Goodwill, and a health food store.  Hobby Lobby had their home decor half off so I got some new decorations for my room.😊 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 We stopped by Spring Lake Park to eat a picnic lunch! I accidentally left my phone open to the camera when I set it down on the picnic table and we realized how cool of a picture it looked.😄😍 Had to get a picture by an Air Force plane there!🤩 We went back to our childhood a little bit and tried out the play ground.😜  And that's it!
